Principles of learning guided the teachers on what to teach, how to teach, what instructional materials should be used and what assessment you will use for learning.

Learning takes time. Each person has a unique way of learning.

TLE M15 - HOUSEKEEPING The practices worth adopting is we should set the learning objectives to the students so that we are sure of what to teach. Allow the student to participate to activate their minds and to give them the opportunities to work on classroom activities. Make use more of cooperative and collaborative approaches. Students can share their ideas and coirdinate their efforts to complete the task. The students learn interdependently.

The practice to avoid is to always observe and see that all are part of the discussion and make sure that you catch the attention of the students. If the students work colloboratively check the group if they work together and ask them if they have questions regarding ti the activity.

I learned that these principles should always observe during class because principles of learning is time tested and . Make sure before you enter the class you are prepared and ready to start the class. There are some activities that cannot be applied to another class because of their interest and motivation to learn. In collaborative learning make sure each group understands the goals, procedures, tasks and how they will be assessed. In implementing collaborative learning, heterogeneous grouping is observed wherein the high, average and low achievers are mixed in group so that the high achivers can guide the other members of the group.

Teacher connects the lesson to the present situation of their region and gave examples relating to the students'experiences

The teacher allow the students to work in groups or teams to help each other learn in an activity. The students share their ideas and insights to their groupmates

Analysis The principle of learning was most applied is learning is an active process. The teacher seek that their students actively engage in learning activities. The teacher always give the students an opportunity to participate in all of the activities and

Episode 2 After doing the classroom management and checking of attendance the resource teacher stated her lesson objectives. With a clear and specific lesson objective the teacher will have sense of direction. The teacher noticed that she do not confused on what she will do and knew her activity after the discussion. There is no interruption or disruption and waste of time because the teacher is sure of what to teach, how to teach, what materials to use.

The teacher clarified the lesson objectives to the students to make known the instructional objective and encourage the lesson objective their own. The students shared and owned the

TLE M15 - HOUSEKEEPING lesson objectives to become their personal target. The teacher shared lesson objectives with students and had set their personal targets to become more self-motivated to learn.

The teacher had set the lesson objective SMART, i.e., Specific Measurable, Attainable, Resultoriented and Relevant, Time-bound and Terminal so that it is easy to find out at the end of the lesson if she attained the objective or not. The teacher had set her time in a particular activity to know and have an expectation of accomplishment. The teacher focused on her lesson objectives and see if the students able to demonstratres the desired learning objectives. The teacher see to it that she do not depart from the lesson socthat it is clear on what test she will going to assess learning.

Episode 3

The principles of learning was least applied if "effective learning begins with setting clear expectations and learning outcomes. " Sometimes the teacher starts the discussion without stating the clear learning objectives and

The teacher creates a smooth discussion because she stated her lesson objectives and the students know their personal target and become more focused. And also the teacher di not waste time fir she is sure of what she will do in class.

I agree with these principles of learning. Based on my observations the teacher does not encounter problem regarding on what to do and the teacher does not meet class interuptions. Since it is time-tested principles, the method of teaching become more effective if the teacher begins with setting clear expectation, actively engage the learners in learning activities, connects whwt they learn with other conceps and experiences and when the teacher dies the collaborative method.
