HEART OF OKLAHOMA DAIRY GOAT SHOW Entry Form Information Youth Show will take place on Friday, May 17, 2019 Open Show will take place on Saturday May 18, 2019 Judges: Youth Ring A - Daniel Laney, Youth Ring B - Jennifer Lawrence Open Ring A - Daniel Laney, Open Ring B - Joseph Pilotte If several youth members, who are siblings, are entering – you can list them under last name on the same form and list their birthday, or separately with a form for each youth.
For “Animal name” enter barn name only, full registered name is not required “Date of birth” of the animal in form MM/DD/YEAR “Registration number” is ADGA registration id listed on the registration certificate For “Class” please enter the class as follows: Senior Does: S1- Under 2 years old S2- 2 to 3 years old S3- 3 to 4 years old S4- 4 to 5 years old S5- 5 to 6 years old S6- 6 and older CH- Champion Challenge

Entry fees are $8 per head per ring and must be received or postmarked by May 13. Entry fees are $10 day of show. Entry fees are $6 per head per ring during the “Early Bird” period until May 1. Pen fees are $5 per pen. They will comfortably hold 2 adult standard size does or 4 young does. Make arrangements (crate, etc) for very young kid or miniature breed kids, as they can get out of the pens. Please reserve and prepay pens early as spaces are limited. Shavings are $6 per bag, quality pine shavings from local supplier – available on site if preordered and pre-paid, they will be ready to use in your pens. Raffle tickets are available at discount rate of 12 for $10, payable when sending entry form. Payment types accepted are: check, money order, cash, and paypal.
