Patient Registration
Surgery
User can register their in patient information in this wizard, it’s contains patient id number, name, bed details, date and time of admission, age, married or not, blood group, sex, occupation, address of the patient, phone number, reference doctor address, phone number and allergies.
Registration: User can register date and time of the operation, type of operation like lap ovarian cyst excision, instructions can be added.
Complaints
New complaints: User can enter new complaints on surgery if any.
Users can enter patient complaints by selecting list of complaints available in the database and user can set the parameters and value for the complaints, for example: Abdominal Fullness for 2 days, Regurgitation of Gastric Juice for 4 Days. User can add new complaint in database.
Examination
X-Ray Opinion: User can enter cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Neurologist and Nephrology’s opinion about particular patient.
User can assign x-ray to a patient and assigned x-ray details can be view and edit by the user.
Endoscope, Colonoscopy and Sigmoidoscopy
Service User can create service bill for a particular patient, for example: scan charges, lab charges and consultation charges. User can create template for a service charges for example:- OP Routine, ICU Charges template.
User can select the examinations from the data base and it can be editable at the time of finding new examination. User can add new examination sentences, Abdomen, For example: Tenderness, and Incisional hernia present over the previous scar.
Receipts & Advance
Prescription
Scan
User can create prescription of a particular patient medicines can add to the prescription by selecting from the list, user can import prescription templates and user can create new prescription template.
Assign scan: User can assign scan for a particular patient from the available samples and also indications can be add. For example Ultrasound abdomen with Doppler
Lab Test
Scan results: User can add the scan results for a patient; this screen contains title of the scan, impression, scan images and results. User will add the results from the template.
User can assign tab test for particular patient by selecting from available test group. User can add or remove the lab test for a patient by selecting lab test from the list. User can modify the lab test result from assigned test also get lab test results copy at any time.

User can create receipt and advance details for a particular patient. Advance receipt and payment receipt will contains Patient number, date, name, amount, narration, authorized by and mode of payment.

User can also create an estimate template. for outpatient patient name, date, service charges and total amount will be capture, for inpatient patient name, date, admitted on, discharged on, room no, service charges, total amount, less-advance, concession and balance will be capture.
Discharge User can enter discharge details for a patient it will capture advance received, pending bills, net receivable, discount and discharge date and time.
Bed Details User can enter bed details like ward name, room number, charge/day patient name and floor.
