Healthy Working Lives Healthy Working Lives (HWL) is a nationally recognised scheme which helps organisations to create healthier and safer workplaces by providing resources, information and opportunities to improve employee health and wellbeing, both at work and at home. The Council is delighted to have achieved the Gold Award. The Council is committed to promoting and improving the health, safety and wellbeing of all our employees and on these pages you can find out about up and coming health and physical activity events, healthy recipes ideas and lots more. The Healthy Working Lives group meet regularly and always welcome new and innovative ways to help further promote health and wellbeing.
