• Age Criteria : The age limit is 55 years and no medical check required. • Optional Cover : The policy provides with a wide range of sum insured to choose from and an option to cover spouse, children and depende • Tax Benefit : You shall be eligible for a tax benefit under Section 80D.

The scale of benefits payable is described below:

• Hospital Room Expenses : Benefit of up to 1% of sum insured or Rs 5,000 per day, whichever is lower towards expenses of the hospital benefit is 2% of sum insured or Rs 10,000 per day, whichever is lower. • Specialist Fees : Benefit of up to 40% of sum insured towards reimbursement of costs incurred for a surgeon, anesthetist, consultant, m etc. • In- Hospital Medical Treatment : Benefit of up to 20% of sum insured or a maximum of Rs 25,000 towards the costs of hospitalization fo other similar recognized treatments. • Ambulance Charges : Benefit of up to 1% of sum insured or Rs 2,000 per claim, whichever is lower. • Health Check-up : Benefit of Rs 750/- per person insured towards a health check-up, after 4 consecutive claim free years. • Organ Donor Hospitalization : Benefit of up to 100% of sum insured towards of reimbursement of costs incurred by a donor in case of an insured.

• In hospitalization medical treatment from sickness and injury- This includes costs for hospital room, specialists’ fees, expenses for ambu organ donor hospitalization along with hospital cash. • New Healthwise also pays up to Rs. 750 per person towards health check-up (after 4 consecutive claim free-years).
