•Flight arrangements to be made on an individual basis. •Room rate of $119 per night will be honored up to 3 days prior and 3 days following October 9 & 10, 2009 •Reservation requests and receipt of room deposits will be acknowledged directly to the individual confirming their request. •Room deposits and payment will be the responsibility of the individual. •Room blocks will be reserved for the group until 9/7/09, at which time the remaining rooms will be returned to the hotel’s inventory. •Reservation requests received after 9/7/09 will be confirmed on a space available basis.
