Karena usaha Sate Anggrek ini merupakan usaha turun temurun maka orang tua dari Muhammad Faisal sudah mengarahkan beliau untuk melatih keterampilannya dengan memasukan ia ke ENHAII, agar Faisal memiliki keterampilan lebih dalam dunia kuliner. Selain itu melatih keterampilan juga bisa didapat saat pengalaman membantu orang tua dulu saat berjualan.

Membangun Jaringan Sosial dan Bisnis

Menurut narasumber kami yaitu dengan 1. memperluas pertemanan, karena itu adalah suatu hal yang penting. 2. Untuk mengembangkan relasi dalam bisnis, hal yang penting dalam menjaga relasi adalah dengan menjaga komitmen dengan relasi bisnis. 3. memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen dari rasa sate sehingga konsumen pelanggan tetap dari Sate Anggrek ini serta dapat merekomendasikannya kepada yang lain. Hal ini dapat membuat jaringan sosial dan bisnis ini menjadi lebih luas.

Membangun Jaringan Sosial dan Bisnis Mendapatkan Permodalan Awal mulanya mendapatkan modal untuk usaha ini yaitu berawal dari berjualan lontong (usaha kecil-kecilan) dengan cara berkeliling lalu berubah menjadi berjualan sate keliling memakai roda dan akhirnya usaha ini menetap sampai sekarang di Jalan Anggrek
