2.After getting text files from MPSEB. Files are filtered according to database.

3.Creating structure in database by following step:3.1 First go to start menu then go to Microsoft sql server and then select enterprise manager.

3.2 Select any existing database of SBM and press right click then select backup task.after that click on add then press ok button.

3.3 After taking backup of any existing database. Restore it by click on restore option of all tasks. After restoring database truncate it for new data.

4. Utility for uploadind, downloading ,personaliziation and assisgnment of terminal.

4.1 By using MPSEB form insert filtered data into database by.first press on button for selecting filtered file.then selecting date by using combo box of bill month.after that click on appropriate option button then press process button.

4.2 Download Initialization and Personalization hex file into terminal by CIT utility.

4.3 By using terminal interface form personalize terminal by pressing on personalize terminal field in form and press F1 in INTERFACE TO PC option in terminal. Now again press F1 to personalize terminal.

4.3.1 By using frmPersonalizeTerminal form select terminal type by combo box then fill maximum consumer limit,maximum tariff limit field and select terminal id. After that press personalize button.

4.3.2 After personalization by using terminal assisgnment form terminal assisgned to specific zone ,feeder first click F2 Assisgnment option on terminal after choose zone name ,feeder name and meter reader name from combo box in utility.

4.3.3 After terminal assisgnment Download data from PC to terminal.on selecting bill month from combo box they will display whole data in grid according to bill month and fill text field according to terminal information.on clicking on F3 button they will select a data in left hand side grid .on pressing process button utility download data from right hand side grid in terminal. After clicking on process button press enter key in terminal to start downloading.

4.3.4 After downloading data from pc to terminal. Next process is uploading data from terminal to pc. In uploading all billed data in terminal uploaded to PC (i.e database of sbm by utility ) . If you want to transfer any remaning data to another terminal first you dispose it from terminal then download data from utility to terminal.
