Heat plenum chamber is surrounded by 12-5/8" grain columns allowing grain to see all BTU's added to the burner while providing superior noise reduction. No BTU's are lost through the duct work. Uniform low velocity heated air reduces particulate emissions.

T-Series Tower Dryers are designed with the mid-sized to large farm in mind. Capacities range from 1200 BPH to 2400 BPH. All heat from cooling grain is recycled and the long retention times result in very efficient dryer operation. A divider hopper prevents the build-up of fines in the heat section, simplifying maintenance. Self diagnostic controls accurately monitor grain moisture and temperature. Vision Network Dryer Controls The GSI Vision Control System lets you control all dryer functions from one location with an easy to use touch screen monitor. The system uses a windows ce.net operating system and a 32 bit micro-processor. The automatic moisture control is integrated into the main control of the dryer, and features Touch Screen adjustable Controls sample times, graphing, and time stamping. Some of the notable features of the Vision Controls are: no moving parts, master electrical disconnect on every dryer, low voltage control circuitry, and a remote control box with less than 5 wires.
GSI T-Series Tower Dryers
Large Burner For 1500 BPH and larger capacities. Maxon fuel efficient, low nox in-line burner, with engineered profiling, provides even continuous heat.
Small Burner 1200 BPH and smaller capacities use a fuel efficient in-line octagon burner to provide even continuous heat.
Platforms Improved inside/outside (OSHA type) platforms, ladders and cages are standard and provide access to tower dryer. Inner Roof Heavy galvanized inner roof and support provides over 300 bushels of wet holding in the garner. The garner is totally sealed to retain particulate matter.
Sweep Discharge Field proven (patented) Accu-trol Metering System with self cleaning provides positive grain flow from columns.
Hot Air Chamber The hot air chamber is entirely surrounded by a 12-5/8" grain column. All heated air must pass through the grain column resulting in total use of heated air. Stainless steel, smooth sidewall construction with .078" and .0625" perforation diameter helps retain maximum particulate matter.
Access Doors & Hatches All areas of the dryer are accessible through doors and floor hatches for easy cleaning and maintenance.

New, Mixed Flow Industrial Blower Highly efficient, quiet industrial blower used on 1500 bph and larger dryers, provides years of trouble free operation.
Metering Drive The SCR driven variable speed DC motor and the single maintenance free Cyclo gearbox located in the free air cooling chamber provides simple, trouble free operation of the dryers metering system.
Grain Exchangers Patented grain exchangers equalize column moisture content and temperature of grain column. (Standard on T-1575 and larger dryers. Optional on T-1050 and T-1260 dryers.)

Variance may occur due to grain's physiological factors (kernel size, chemical composition, variety, maturity), excessive fines, adverse weather conditions, etc.
In-line Blower & Divider Hopper Efficient, quiet, adjustable pitch blower delivers high volumes of air at low horsepower on 1200 bph and smaller dryers. The surrounding divider hopper prevents particulate build up in the heat plenum of the dryer.
