Sir, In kind response to your letter under reference on the above captioned subject, I am to report that the complain was lodged by Sri Paresh Behera on 30/11/2009 . Retailer Sri Parida lifted sugar on 01/12/2009 and distributed the same on 02/12/2009. From my spot inquiry on 02/12/2009 in presence of the complainant, the retailer and the consumers, it was found that the allegation was not correct, sugar was being given to the consumers with proper weight and no extra price was being charged by the retailer.
