Curricula Vitae October 18, 2008 George Georgalis is an architect and administrator of information systems, documentation, qualification and validation; seeking full time employment in the Netherlands or surrounding European community. In 1998, Mr. Georgalis transitioned a private medial discovery consultancy (library research) to system administration service for San Diego businesses. After relocating in 2001, he consulted 5 years for New York City and New Jersey companies. In 2004, he began a consultancy with MetrumRG, a Connecticut based clinical pharmacometric research organization. Two years later, Mr. Georgalis joined the firm as Information System Scientist. In 2008, the Department of Pharmacology at Leiden University (Netherlands) employed him as Knowledgebase Manager for LACDR and TI Pharma, to deploy the platform. His specialty is Unix and Linux operating systems, networks and reliability. In addition to the design and deployment of quantitative pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic computational modeling and simulation grids, his experience includes qualification, validation, imaging, ISP infrastructure, top level domain registrar, access control and workstation management. He is expert with systems operation and hardware; with current areas of development in platform virtualization, CART analysis and data mining. Mr. Georgalis is interested in reliable deployments and assurance of their integrity. An ideal position would develop or support a regulated computing infrastructure with documentation, administration and configuration management; while directly supporting staff through Unix mentoring and associate project management.
