By God's standard, you're a liar, a thief, an adulterer, and a murderer at heart. The Bible says “every one of us shall give account of himself to God” (Romans 14:12). We will all be judged one day (Hebrews 9:27).

God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to be born of a virgin. He committed no sins—not even in His thoughts—and died on the cross as the punishment for our sins. He was buried, and rose again from the dead. “The wages (penalty) of sin is death (Hell), but the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23). “Be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him” (2 Corinthians 5:20b,21).

The Bible says “God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble” (James 4:6). We must humble ourselves to receive God's free gift of eternal life. Jesus said “Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3). We can't clean up our own lives—the Bible says our righteousness is as filthy rags compared to God's holiness (see Isaiah 64:6). But you must see your sins as a holy God sees them, and be willing to turn to God, and love Him instead of sin. To the humble heart, the Bible says “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved” (Acts 16:31), and “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13). If you realize you can't make it to Heaven on your own, and would like to turn to Jesus for salvation, call out to God in faith, and He will save you. See David's prayer of repentance on the back side.

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any” (1 Corinthians 6:9-12). Serve God out of love. Jesus said “If ye love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15).
