The size of country JAPAN is smaller than the state Tamil Nadu but the country was able to expand all over the world only because of the policy FMC

The main aim of FMC is making profit
If all sectors of economy are left to private sector they may exploit the public
If all the firms aim in making profit there will be no one to take care of welfare activities
Government can not have full control over the country
DIS ADVANTAGES OF FMC
It leads to Envy, greedyness,jealous and high level of competition among the firms
Leads to wastage of resources
Never makes a man happy, satisfied and content
Widens the gap between rich and poor

In this market situation the role of the government is only to regulate and not to control the functioning of the country
SO many social welfare organizations and non profit organizations will not be able to serve the poor and thus leads to exit.
Hardly it is difficult to find welfare motive organizations in western countries.
