Mariposa, California 95338 casaofmariposa.org SUMMER FUN STREET FAIR FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION 2019 FESTIVAL HOURS AND LOCATION: Saturday, August 10, 2019, 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on 7th Street between Hwy 140 and Bullion Street. There will be entertainment until 9:00 p.m. Vehicles will not be allowed in the booth area until after 9:00 p.m. BOOTH SPACE: 10’ x 10’ is $35.00 plus a 15% donation of your final sales. SET UP TIME: Set up time is between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Breakdown is after 9:00 p.m. We want to build a quality event. Tables must be covered with a floor length tablecloth and all boxes removed or hidden from sight. Shade canopies or umbrellas are recommended for most areas. There will be no electricity available. Small quiet generators will be allowed with prior approval. Vendor must obtain a permit from Mariposa County Health Department. APPLICATIONS: Are due by July 1, 2019, acceptance letters, placement maps and instructions will be mailed by July 15, 2019. No refunds on accepted applications. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JULY 1, 2019 WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 FEE. I/we release CASA of Mariposa County, County of Mariposa and all merchants and property from any and all liability for damages to persons or property and from any claims for theft, death, personal injury or property damage. In addition, the undersigned assumes full responsibility to damages to the area and agrees to leave the show or remove products if that vendor’s work is not as represented by the submitted menu. CASA of Mariposa County also reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave for any reason. No refunds will be given in the event of natural disaster such as, but not limited to, rain, wind, fire, earthquake, road closures, etc. I will dispose of any trash generated by my booth. I understand that there are no refunds given of fees. This is a rain or shine event.
