The only numbers you adjust are the BLUE numbers. The first to change are the middle blue numbers, which list how many people in each age group you want a year supply for. Th spreadsheet then calculates out exactly how much you need of each item listed. The top left shows what percentage of a year supply you have stored. The far top-right column allows you to choose how many months you want to take to complete your year supply. The right hand column will then show how many of each thing you need to purchase each month to meet your goal. This is an incredible tool we can use and share with everyone. Please feel free to share it with anyone who is interested!
