As International Programme Manager: Explored market entry into Spain and the USA (as part of a project team and as part of RBS’ Invoice Finance Division International ambitions as part of their strategic change programme). Established remote operations in these markets and instrumental in identifying and part leading a fully articulated international strategy that is currently being implemented. As Pilot Programme Manager (Debt Proposition – Integrated Finance): Helped RBS Corporate Markets test strategies for the delivery of new concepts for debt proposition across the commercial market segment. Identified whether frontline staff were able to obtain a larger shares of wallet by engaging customers with a wider product set beyond core bank offerings. As Project Manager (Product Strategy): Project managed the articulation and definition of 2 two new products from a high level concept to a solid definition capable of being handed over to a delivery team for implementation. Programme Governance Analysis Reviewed the governance surrounding the implementation of the technology renewal programme, NewBACS Replaced a core bank payments infrastructure that resulted in a series of governance recommendations that were subsequently implemented. FS Regulation Implementation Structured and managed the implementation of the Personal and Business Banking Code requirements (regulated by the Banking Code Standards Board) across RBSG’s Corporate Markets’ product sets.
Implemented and developed operation compliance solutions across RBSG’s Core Corporate Banking Clients. Managed a team of 5 client workstream Project Managers and senior level stakeholders across CBFM.

Zurich Life Reduced costs by £3.4Million of in an overall programme target of £89 Million. Led the transformation team (Led a team of 4 Project Managers and business teams of up to 30 people). Provided process analysis and redesign for the whole of Finance and Actuarial that developed the future Target Operating Model. Developed a detailed understanding of Life Actuarial processes and operations.

PROJECT LEADS MasterCard Europe - Pan-European Payment Regulation: Analyzed the impact of EU cross-border payment regulations and the implications for their Members. Re-based member pricing and reduced the impact of the regulation. Alliance & Leicester – Organisational Transformation: Developed the strategy for new operations and profitability of a major credit card portfolio that resulted in the sale of the same to a MBNA. Led a team of 10 KPMG Consultants and 4 client team members.
