Final Checklist Of Documents

Hello Applicants!! Following is a comprehensive "FINAL LIST" of documents that we need to send with an application packet to the universities. Please make it sure that, you drop all of these documents in a proper folder / bag to our office. If your university selection is confirmed, then please make it sure that you drop all of these documents by Saturday, 26th October 2008. If you are unable to submit the documents on Saturday, then you may submit it later anytime after 29th October. In any case, we plan to dispatch it in the coming week. {The office will remain closed on 27th, 28th & 29th October on account of Diwali.} Following are the documents that you need to drop to our office. (For e.g. If you are applying to 10 universities, then please give us all 10 sets of documents.) •

Total 10 Very Good Quality Photographs

10 Photo Copies of Passport (First Page & Last Page)

•

10 GRE/GMAT score reports (if available ... NOT necessary)

•

10 TOEFL score reports (if available ... NOT necessary)

•

10 Affidavit of support (Photocopies only, No attestation required. If still your affidavit is pending, then please contact us via email)

•

10 Bank Solvency Certificates (All Originals or Photocopies duly attested by the Bank ONLY.)

•

12 set of Transcripts (Attested & Sealed in Envelopes, Total 12 packets)

•

10 Copies of degree certificates (Each semester duly attested by university preferably or else your college, it may or may not be sealed it in the envelope) 10 Copies of high school certificates (10th & 12th or Diploma)

12 sets Recommendation letters (Attested & Sealed in Envelopes, Total = 12 x 3 Recommenders = 36 packets)

Certificates / documents of extra-curricular activities. (May or may not attest it.)

SOP / Essay (If you have not sent the rough draft, please send via Email. If you have already us the draft, please be patient, we’ll get it done as soon as possible.

2 page Synopsis of Final Project (s) / Technical Paper etc. (Check the Samples) (If you have 2 or more projects / seminars / technical papers / publications, please send it to us via email; do not exceed the details more than 2 pages)

~ REMEMBER!! Do not send the original copies. Enclose photocopies of GRE / GMAT, TOEFL score reports, school & degree certificates, certificates from extracurricular activities etc.
