RECRUITMENT PROCESS

APTITUDE

 A natural ability to do something.  An aptitude test, by definition, is any type of assessment that evaluates the talent/ability/potential to perform a

certain task, with no prior knowledge and/or training.  An aptitude test is an exam used to determine an individual's propensity to succeed in a given activity. Aptitude

tests assume that individuals have inherent strengths and weaknesses, and have a natural inclination toward success or failure in specific areas based on their innate characteristics. An aptitude test does not test knowledge.

HR INTERVIEW

 Human Resource managers may ask tricky HR interview questions to save time and try to figure out what kind of

employee you really are.  Even if job hunters have rehearsed anticipated topics, an unexpected HR interview question may jar loose an

authentic answer that exposes hidden problems.

 This is to understand your potential of facing the problem. How you tackle the problem.  The explanation following the questions WHY?, WHAT?, HOW?, WHY NOT?, FROM WHERE?  Key points are – confidence, clarity, understanding, convincing, ACCEPTANCE.  Result is not the real goal, it is the path that you choose.

TRICKS FOR HR

 Company background.  Body Language.  Do not lie in your resume.  Speak what they ask.  Keep a dim smile. No open smile, no smirking.  Your skill sets.Your actions and explanations shows it.

TECHNICAL ROUND

 Be clear.  Remember things.  Be open minded.

 Basics of subjects which may be related to the company.  Do not guess. Be genuine.  Do not hesitate.  And all the usual stuffs.

THE USUAL STUFFS

 Dressing sense.  Sitting posture.  Listen carefully.

 Accept the comments and suggestions, even if it seems wrong to you, do not argue.  If you are not clear with anything ask, asking is better than guessing.  Keep nodding as if you are listening even if you are not, especially in HR round.  Enjoy the rounds.
