EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Dong-hwan Shin, Student, Chung-Ang University, Nov 20, 2009 The Dangerous and High Contagious of H1N1 And Demand And Supply of Tamiflu Our study investigates the dangerous and high contagious of H1N1 virus and calculate a future demand of Tamiflu in Korea: 1.

Actually we can only supply Tamiflu 10% of world’s demands then people get more fear and they afraid of being infected by H1N1 virus. So we have to make inquiries about how many Tamiflu do the world need especially Korea need .

2.

Tamiflu is the world best and unique vaccine to cure H1N1 virus. But now we couldn’t make enough vaccines to supply Korea demands. Then I found a problem at our manufacture line which is too sufficient to provide Korea.

Nowadays more than 100 Koreans are died because of M1N1 virus even they took a medicine Tamiflu. And amount of Tamiflu that Korea have is more and more decreasing. And the professional work force is not enough to care every single of patient as well. We find that the people imagine that they infected H1N1 virus even they get just cold. Because of this situations, the professional work force and the medicine is always shortage. As well as the system we follow is not sufficient to supply every demands. Our study finds that demands and supply of Tamiflu is not balanced because of the people who get fear of being infected by H1N1 virus imagine they infected to virus so they request Tamiflu. And the manufacture lines that we have is not hopely work in this case. We recommend that our company should have to enlargement of manufacture lines so every single of patient could have medicine when they need even they get virus by imagine.

The findings of this reports forwards recommendations: ü
