Was a business cycle implemented and was the meeting chaired? If so, by whom? 3. Was a plan of action based on priorities and resources available? 4. Did the appropriate management team member declare the emergency? If so, who was notified of the declaration? 5. How did the Emergency Management Team make (group) decisions? 6. Did any conflicts over jurisdiction or areas of authority occur? If they did, how were they resolved? 7. How did the Emergency Management Team gather and manage information? Media and Public Information 1. Was a Crisis Communications spokesperson appointed? 2. Who was the key spokesperson? 3. Were news releases prepared during the exercise? 4. Were news releases issued in a timely manner? 5. Did staff have an opportunity to view the media releases and was this information relayed to the municipalities/citizen inquiry areas? 6. Were the boundaries for the evacuated area relayed to all participating agencies, the EMT, the media, the public, etc.? 3. When evacuating the area, was information available with regards to where the evacuees could go? 4. Was security established and maintained? 5. Did the facility(s) meet the needs of evacuees in terms of feeding, accommodation, clothing, registration and inquiry and personal services? 6. Please comment on other activities or evacuee needs that were considered or should have been considered (i.e. Recreational activities, parking, security, handicap access, etc.). 7.
