I thoroughly analyze my audience. I determined some basic objectives before a planning a presentation. I write down some main ideas first. I incorporate both a preview and review of main ideas as main presentation is organize. I develop an introduction that will catch the attetion of my audience and still provide the necessary background information. 6. My conclusion refers back to the introduction. 7. The visual graphics I use are carefully prepared, simple, easy to read, and have impact. 8. The number of visual andgraphics I use wil lenhance, not deract, from my presentation. 9. Dealing With Anxiaty Anxiaty is natural state that exist anytime are placed under stress. Giving a presentation will normally cause some stress. Tips For Reducing Anxiaty 1. Organize, lake of organization is one of the major causes of anxiaty. 2. Visualize, imagine walking into the room, being introduced, delivering your presentation your presentation with enthusiams. 3. Practice, many speakers rehearse a presentation mentally or with just their lips. 4. Breathe, when your muscles thighten and you feel nervous, you may not be breathing deeply enough. 5. Focus on relaxing, instead of thinking about the tension focus on relaxing.. 6. Release tension, as tension increased and your muscles tighten nerveous energy can locked into the limbs. 7. Move, speakers who stands in one spots ang never gesture experience thension. 8. Make eye contact with the audience, give your presentation to one presentatiton to one person at the time.
