Jaipur.  First they Prepared the organization for ERP.  Made their RDD (Requirement Definition and Description)  Selected ERP implementation consultant.  Gave their RDD to consultant for Mapping it with standard ERP solutions.  First review was done by consultant for product Vs RDD results into ‘gap

Implementation of ERP in NBC ltd. Jaipur.(Cont..)  Second review was done by consultant was ‘ERP configuration review.  Installed hardware and network.  Testing.  End-user training.  Going live with ERP system  Third and final review was done after six months usage, to confirm that RDD was fully implemented.
