Program Description: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are a leading cause of worker disability and compensation. Prevention of MSD disability requires participation of managers, supervisors, workers, engineers, ergonomists, safety professionals and health care providers. A multi-disciplinary group of practitioners and researchers will describe current ergonomics programs and approaches that have proved successful in a variety of industries and companies. This program is intended for persons from all disciplines concerned with prevention of MSDs and associated disability.
