1. Requirements and compatibility Dynoplex eOffice is compatible with all BlackBerry devices. According to the number of applications of the suite you are going to install it requires from 690Kb to 1.5Mb of free memory space. Though modern devices have more than enough memory space to maintain eOffice please see the table below to get acquainted with basic requirements:

Products\Bundles eOffice Professional eOffice Standard eOffice Basic MasterDoc eFile eCell eWord eWorks ViewAll PlayAll

Required Memory Space

1.2 Mb 1.0 Mb 1.0 Mb 900 K 690 K 850 K 720 K 812 K 763 K 712 K

You can check free memory under Options-Status-File free.

Note 1: all bundles and standalone applications require eFile and core applications installed on the handheld. eSpell also needs dictionary files (min 90K).

Note 2: Applications can be installed only on local built-in memory.

Note 3: Besides memory requirements there are also limitations of RIM OS itself. It won’t support more than 255 modules. If the number of installed modules exceeds this value some of applications will stop working.
