Steps to request for OCCN
Open https://oim.orcaclecorp.com
Click on New Access from left pane. Enter OCCN and click on Search
Select OCCN and click on Add Selected to Cart
Click on ‘Checkout’ on the top right corner.
Enter below details: Passphrase or password: Confirm password: Address line1: City: State: Zip code: Country: Phone: Cost Centre: AC91 OCCN group: OCS_APAC Use Soft Token: yes
Click on Ready to Submit Enter Justification: Click on Submit
Steps to install Mobile Pass (Soft token)
Once the OCCN request gets provisioned, continue with the following steps. Install the SafenetMobilepass .msi Follow the below steps: i. You must have a pc/laptop that is connected to the Oracle intranet in order to complete the registration of your software token. ii. Open Your MobilePass software on your mobile device and select create a new token. We recommended using the name OCCN for this iii. Select Activate iv. Select Manual Enrollment v. Enter 9346 9859 in the Token Policy String vi. You should then receive an Activation Code vii. Using your browser on your pc/laptop that is connected to the Oracle Intranet, navigate to the below link: OCCNv3 software token enrollment portal (https://occnv3-tokenreg-a.oracleoccn.com:5444/portal/enroll) viii. Enter your user ID and the passphrase that you selected in OIM when requesting an OCCN account ix. Enter the activation code from your device received in step vi to complete the enrollment form
Username = UID (ex. szjackso) Note: Do not use "_occn" with your UID when you register your token. This will cause the registration to error out. Passphrase = the passphrase chosen during your OIM request . The token activation code is provided by your device. x. On your mobile device you will then be requested to set your token PIN. This will be the PIN that you will use each time that you need to access OCCN and will generate the "One Time Password" xi. You will receive a confirmation when you have successfully completed the enrollment process xii. Along with your OCCN account, you are now prepared to use two-factor authentication to access the OCCN
Steps to connect to Oracle VPN (OCCN)
By Default, Cisco AnyConnect gets installed in your desktop/laptop. Connect to below server destination as below: adc-occnv3-vpn.oracle-occn.com/RestrictedAccess server
Click on connect
Enter the password generated by Soft token
