DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS FOR VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OF FILIPINO SKILLED WORKERS BY DIRECT HIRING 1. Original CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY (COE) issued by the Immigration Office, Ministry of Justice. 2. Original CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT complying with the minimum Standard Employment provisions signed by the Company’s President/Authorized Representative, the Employee and two (2) witnesses. The contract must be notarized in place/s where the Employer and Employee respectively affixed their signatures. NOTE: All pages of Employment Contract must be signed by both Employer and Employee. 3. Original Letter of Guarantee President/Authorized Representative.
