Dear PHYSIKA Comelec, I am humbly declining my nomination for the following positions:  

Exhibit Committee head Editor-In-Chief

In the upcoming Academic year 2018-2019, I am currently entering my 4th year in college. During that time I am going to focus on my thesis during which I won’t be active enough in the organization to fulfil the duties on the positions I am nominated on. Also adding to my duties is my other organization where I have to help in its rebuilding due to our inactivity this semester. 3 out of our 16 residents will graduate this academic year which leaves us with insufficient residents to be recognized by OSA. Due to this I am compelled to help in my other organization because just like PHYSIKA, the residents there are my family too. I also have insufficient knowledge of both the positions where I am elected and I am afraid that I will perform poorly on the said positions on the circumstance that I get elected. I am deeply sorry for declining the nomination, I am sure the people who nominated me for the positions will be disappointed because of my declination but rest assured that I will support the organization and its officers in any way that I can.
