Timekeeper’s Flowchart Your job is to assist the speakers, the Chairperson and the judges by keeping track of the timings for each speech. During each of the speeches you need to give signals. At the end of the debate, before the judges retire to consider the verdict, give the sheet with the timings to the judges. You can also help the Chairperson by acting as the ‘Teller’ and counting the votes at the end of the debate. 1st PROPOSITION SPEAKER Name: once at 4:00 twice at 5:00 Timing: once every 15 secs after 5:00 minutes
