Cup Cake 

Bahan-bahan (untuk 26 porsi) 1. 4 butir telur 2. 115 gr tepung terigu 3. 100 gr gula pasir 4. 1 sdt emulsifier 5. 50 gr margarin cair



Langkah Pembuatan ( 45 Menit) 1. Mixer telur dan gula pasir sampai naik, masukkan emulsifier mixer sampai kental berjejak 2. Ayak tepung di atasnya aduk balik dengan spatula 3. Masukkan margarin cair aduk balik dengan spatula sampai rata, jangan ada yang mengendap di bawah. 4. Panggang selama 35 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat atau sesuaikan oven masing-masing kemudian tes tusuk untuk memgetahui kematangan. 5. Setelah matang kemudian hias dengan buttercream. Siap dikemas!
