Creating Schematic Symbol in Orcad by Michael L. P. Tan
Step 01 - Schematic we wanna symbolize
Step 02 - Copy Schematic to Library
Step 03 - Go to the schematic within the library file and remove power supply
Step 04 - Power supply removed. This will be used as our symbol. Current comes out from the positive node.
Step 05 - Create new part named ptype_cnt
Step 06 - Go to option then select package properties
Step 07 - How to fill the Implementation part
Step 08 - Name the symbol
Step 09 - Create new project to test the symbol
Step 10 - New project - test circuit.dsn
Step 11 - Add the library CARBONNANOTUBE
Step 12 - Edit the properties of the part
Step 13 - Change primitive to NO
Step 14 - To make the wiring easier, to to option and click on wire drag
Step 15 - Input and output for the symbol
Step 16 - I-V is given but we wanted positive current
Step 17 - Add library and edit the schematic
Step 18 - Edit the circuit
Step 19 - Update Cache everytime you changes the library part schematic
