Creating a Screenshot To create a screenshot, please follow these easy steps: 1. With the page/application open that is displaying the Image/Text/Error Report etc. to be captured, Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It may be labelled [PrtScn] You will the find psc/Print Screen button on your keyboard here

2. Open a Word Processing program, such as Microsoft Word . 3. In a new document press CTRL + V to paste the image into the document.

Make sure that CTRL is pressed down when V is pressed You should now be able to see the image that you want, visible in the document. Please see picture right for example.

To enter a second image, press the Enter key (AKA Return)

You can now take the second “screenshot”. 5. Please follow steps 1- 4 to insert more images. 6. If you have been requested to E-Mail a screenshot please follow the above steps, entering as much detail as possible regarding the issue(s).once your document is complete, Click - File> Send To>Mail Recipient (As Attachment). (this will automatically attach a copy of the screenshot document to an Email)

TIP: •

Hold the Alt key down while pressing Print Screen to capture only the active window. (Please see screenshot right for example)
