Module Description: This module covers knowledge and skills of occupational safety and health matters in the working environment as stipulated inside OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 and related acts.

1.1 Relevant Occupational Safety and Health Act and regulations 1.2 Procedures of using, moving, storing and disposing hazardous chemical and materials 1.3 Procedures of reporting unsafe act and unsafe condition 1.4 Emergency Response and Preparedness (ERP) procedures 1.1 Perform work in accordance to Occupational Safety and Health policies and rules 1.2 Use, move, store and dispose hazardous chemicals/materials according with OSH policies / rules 1.3 Report apparent hazard to supervisor and/or safety officer in a timely and appropriate way 1.4 Identify workplace emergency and evacuation procedures and perform evacuation with due regard to safety of people and environment
