We account every such bid and do the homework for next such bids which might happen in future. Usually, such proposals are forwarded to the Pilot Projects Division (PPD) of Cosmosoft. PPD is the backbone of Cosmosoft with respect to technological feasibility analysis and development of prototype model(s) for various new advancements happening in today's technologies. This division strengthens Cosmosoft to be technically competent and enables us for future bids. Every financial year, this division also influences the organization to serve hundreds of project trainees, who will participate in various phases of development of these projects.

Introduction: Mobile learning, sometimes called m-learning, is learning accomplished with the use of small, portable computing devices. The advancements in wireless technologies, the development of handheld devices, and the increasing easiness of accessing to wireless networks from different devices have encouraged researchers and companies to make advances in mobile technologies. Mobile devices join connectivity and portability issues to allow more opportunities in the real life. Time is a valuable asset and organizing it in an optimal way is complicated. With the advent of mobile learning, the use of mobile devices connected to the internet saves time in a large extent and making the information available to you irrespective of your location. Existing System: Advancements in internet make the information around the world available to you at an instant. A methodology of learning much practiced till date is electronic learning or E- Learning in much familiar term. In E-Learning the resource will be available to you over the net. Either you can surf through or download the required content into the local machine and read through it. E-Learning also requires a system for getting the resource available to you. Key Disadvantages of Existing System: Existing system has the following disadvantages   

Reduced portability. Content downloading takes considerable time span. Electronic or e-learning incorporates all forms of online instruction using personal computers.

Proposed System: Mobile Learning takes the computing and learning to newer heights. The traditional class room learning overcame via e-learning by reducing the availability of tutors. Mobile learning takes one more step by avoiding the availability of computers. The users will be validated based the server side storage information and will be provided with different contexts of learning through mobile. On selection by user the contents of the selection will be made available to the user. The user can post any different topic that is not listed and on the receipt of the posted data, the topic requested will be available at an instant. Figure 1. Mobile Adaptive Learning Client is a mobile application designed with JME technology. Server is a Web application involving jsp, servlets and java beans. The content is posted in the server side web pages using the content upload module. The posted data is stored in the database. On request for the particular content, data are retrieved and file is generated on server end which will get transferred to the client as downloads.
