unloading testing and commissioning of 250KVA 415V 50Hz 3 phase 4 wire diesel genera tor set complete with necessary control and safety devices associated protection of the diesel engine conforming to BS 649 and Latest BSS, DG develop an out put for the 250KVA alternator suitable for the operation of the loads such as lift motors, pump motors, lighting, computers etc., complete with requirement of starting required for such nature of loads. The set shall have suitable fly wheel flexible coupling air cleaner, resistor, radiator fan, fuel pump , fuel filter Electronic governor, electrical starting system with starter, 24V battery charger, voltage regulation system , instrument panel, day fuel tank to the engine residential silencer, exhaust pipe line with thermal insulation, wraping, necessary supports for the exhaust pipe to be taken as per KSPCB and with antivibration pads, Alternator shall be self excited, self regulated brushless type, drip proof conforming to IS 4722 and latest ISS, The engine and alternator shall be coupled over a sturdy common base frame mounted on anti vibration pads with acoustic chamber Techincal specifications of Acoustic Chamber The acoustic enclosure shall consist of self supporting frame work put together with help of fasteners which is easy for assembiling and dismantling the frame work to be fabricated with tubular/ Angle/ channel section as vertical and horizontal members and to be fixed on heavy duty MS channel to form the base of the acoustic enclosure. The enclosure shall be self supporting type and does not require any grouting or separate foundation, but will be independednt of DG Set and place around DG. The frame work shall also have provision for fixing hinged door to open an either side or the enclosure.
