Civil Rights Revision To help you with your revision I’ve printed off a set of key point cards. Don’t use JUST these to revise, but along with the USA revision guide and your notes they should help keep you focussed. Here are some ideas of how to use them: 1) Arrange them into Chronological Order- To get good marks in the final question, you need to make sure your answer starts with the 1920’s and ends in the 1990’s (with all the middle bits in the right order) 2) Go For Five – Shuffle the cards face down. Can you remember 5 things from that card? 3) Knowledge Top Trumps – Two players – Play like Top Trumps, but hand over the card if the other person can remember one (or more) facts about that topic 4) Plan your essay – Use the cards to make a revision plan for one of the 10 mark questions in your revision book. REMEMBER – It should be in Chronological Order, and show both positives and negatives.
