CHAPTER I ASSUMPTION The researcher assumes that some customer service did not use internet for their transactions.
Some customer service use internet connection for their transaction most of the time.
This study was conducted to know if a call center agent has an enough knowledge to his/her work.
To know how much internet connection important for their job.
Significance of the Study Customer Service – they will found out how much internet connection used. Society – to be able for the society to know if the internet connection was important for the customer services. Future researcher – For the next researcher, this study can be their basis for the related issue of their research. Transaction - An instance of buying or selling something; a business deal. Relevant - Closely connected or appropriate to what is being done or considered.
