Building Safe Homes for our Children I grew up on a farm in a large family (8 kids). That is a big litter! We learned early in life where the boundaries were. We knew that if we crossed the boundaries, there would be consequences. Yes meant yes and no meant no. No debate! Some today might think that is harsh or it wouldn’t work today. No, it wasn’t harsh, and it still works today, 2009. Home, boundaries and loving parents make us feel safe. I realize many here today did not grow up in a safe place such as I did. But I do believe that every parent with children could make this their goal, and our world would be a safer place. Don’t you? Safe in the arms of Jesus, Pastor Bob
Lord, please teach us to hold fast to your promises.
“For the revelation awaits an appointed time, it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.” Habakkuk 2:3
