THERAPIST

DUTIES: Are people who help the injured and sick recover, improve movement and motor function and manage pain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Conduct regular appointments with clients who wish to converse with a mental health professional  Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients  Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations  Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments  Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary  Record and maintain adequate notes about client visits

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN Duties: Helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone; answering questions and requests; referring inquiries to the pharmacist.

Responsibilities:  Supports pharmacological services by stocking  Assembling, and distributing medications.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT DUTIES Medical Assistants help patients by providing information, services, and assistance. Other duties include securing medical records; maintaining medical supplies inventory; performing preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating;

RESPONSIBILITIES  

completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding keeping patient information confidential.

SOCIAL WORKER DUTIES Social workers are responsible for helping individuals, families, and groups of people to cope with problems they’re facing to improve their patients’ lives

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Identify people who need help



Assess clients’ needs, situations, strengths, and support networks to determine their goals



Help clients adjust to changes and challenges in their lives, such as illness, divorce, or unemployment

DENTAL ASSISTANT DUTIES Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining cpr certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

RESPONSIBILITIES Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the dental practice act.
