Executive Summary Our company produces a house design which customers would like their house to be. We will design the best plan of customers’ house. We also make a model to represent our idea to customers. For our example house model, it was designed for customers who are hard worker, like gardening, and love outdoors. Because we consider a garden, a work place, and area of outside for activities. We set a price about eight to twelve million, depends on the materials and furniture that customers want. Our target customer for this house is the medium class.

Introduction N.D Interior design is established in 2017. There are more than 50 interior designers in our company that share the same vision, and assembled together to come up with the high quality works. Our company has a unique point. We let the customers design their own house with the interior designers. All houses that we design will base on the customers’ needs. The customers may change the design if they feel uncomfortable. Our priority is to follow the needs of customers first. Then we will consider about the best choice that suit to customers’ needs.

Mission statement To design the best house styles and create unique house models by customers’ needs.

Product Description We will make a real interior model of the house. For the example house model, it is modern house. The colors of furniture are based on white, black, gray, and dark blue. It has two floors. The rooms are including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a restroom, a kitchen, a dining area, a working area, a living area, a garden, a balcony, and parking lots. The cost of this house that we planned is lowest at eight million and highest at 12 million. Our models are mostly made from bagasse papers.

Market Analysis Target Market: Real estate and general people SWOT Analysis: Strengths Customers have participate in design. The house design not fixed target market; it can be any styles that customers want.

Weakness Have a direct competitor

Opportunities We choose the customers’ needs first, so we may have many customers come to us. The house designs are based on their needs, so there may be sometimes that we have the better plan for them but they don’t choose it.

Marketing Strategy Objective: Marketing will be directed in the most cost-effective interior design, but achieved to make interior design as a high quality works. Pricing Strategies: The price is based on the design and the materials that be used. No pre-order direct, contact only

Advertising Channels Social Media: We will have advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, with the lowest budget of advertise of each. For example, in YouTube, we will have the banner advertising. The social media is the most effective way to get the customers. Newspaper: We will have advertising as a column in the newspaper. We will have it on Dailynews and Matichon newspaper. Label: The label is the easiest way to promote our company. The labels that we will have are the medium or small labels in the MRT and the BTS station. Also, we will have the labels of the side of road. Radio: We will make the voice clip for promote our company on the Mellow Fm97.5 and Mono Fresh FM91.5 which are broadcasting in Bangkok and the cities around Bangkok.
