Accurately checks up to 9 sizes of American Standard roller chains and up to 7 sizes of British Standard roller chains. Quick and easy to use, go or no-go gauge system gives immediate feedback. Gauge will fit into limited spaces and quickly lets the user know if the chain is worn out.

• #35 chain - #100 chain = Part #60637 • #06B chain - #24B chain = Part #61904 (Actual gauge dimensions: 8.75” L x 0.625” W x 0.188” H)
• #80 chain - #240 chain = Part #60638
• Convenient grip handle with pre-drilled holes for hanging, to keep you organized

CAUTION: Follow all standard safety measures while using the EZ Chain Wear Gauge. (i.e. - Lock-out/Tag-out, Power Off)
EZ Chain Wear GaugeTM Check the life of your chain Step 1 Identify chain pitch size.
Step 2 Locate the corresponding step on the gauge.
Step 3 Check gauge for fit between any two roller links. (Perform
with chain in tension.)
Step 4 If the gauge step fits through the checkpoint, the chain is worn out and needs to be replaced.
Note: Gauge should be in line, directly below any outside link plate.
