COPY PASTE REQUIREMENTS BETWEEN DIFFERENT CALIBER PROJECTS This document details the steps to be followed to copy and paste requirements from one Caliber Project to other Caliber Project. Launch CaliberRM 2006: Start ->All Programs -> Borland CaliberRM -> CaliberRM:
1. Enter required login data on the Login Windows screen with the following information Server: User: Password:
TTCCALIB01 Your Lan ID Your Caliber password (case sensitive)
Press Logon
2. The Open Project Window will appear. From the drop down Select the project that you want to paste the data to (You must have update access for this project) and Press OK

COPY PASTE REQUIREMENTS BETWEEN DIFFERENT CALIBER PROJECTS 3. The tool should open and the selected project should be visible in the Project window.
1st Instance
Launch 2nd instance of CaliberRM 2006: Start ->All Programs -> Borland CaliberRM -> CaliberRM:
4. Enter required login data on the Login Windows screen with the following information Server: User: Password: Press Logon

6. The tool should open and the selected project should be visible in the Project window.
2nd Instance

8. Right Click on the selected requirement and Press Copy

COPY PASTE REQUIREMENTS BETWEEN DIFFERENT CALIBER PROJECTS 9. Switch to the 1st instance, Click on the Requirement Type and select the requirement in where you want to paste data
10. Right Click on the Requirement Type, and Press Paste (Note: You will notice only Paste option when you Highlight the Requirement Type)

To paste a requirement as a child, Right Click on the selected requirement, Highlight on Paste and Press Paste as Child (Note: If you want the requirement to be at the high level, instead of Paste as Child, select the option Paste Above or Paste Below)
12. The Paste Options window will be displayed. (Note: This window will be displayed only if the copied requirements have child requirements underneath)
13. Select the option Paste the copied requirement and all child requirements and Press OK (Note: If you want to paste only selected requirement, not the child requirements, select the option Paste only the copied requirement and Press OK)

14. You will notice that the requirements are pasted

8. Right Click on the selected requirement and Press Copy

10. Right Click on the Requirement Type, and Press Paste (Note: You will notice only Paste option when you Highlight the Requirement Type)

To paste a requirement as a child, Right Click on the selected requirement, Highlight on Paste and Press Paste as Child (Note: If you want the requirement to be at the high level, instead of Paste as Child, select the option Paste Above or Paste Below)
12. The Paste Options window will be displayed. (Note: This window will be displayed only if the copied requirements have child requirements underneath)
13. Select the option Paste the copied requirement and all child requirements and Press OK (Note: If you want to paste only selected requirement, not the child requirements, select the option Paste only the copied requirement and Press OK)
