This year’s summer classic iss the prize CABO teams have been fighting for all season. After two hotly contested playoff games last weekend, the matchup is finally set. This year’s Championship Game features fea second seed Los Doyers facing top seed The Storm Storm, in a one-game, game, do or die battle for bragging rights and the CABO Championship Trophy.. The Storm edged out Sandlot last weekend to finish the summer season 14-6. With the top seed going into in post season play, veteran eteran manager Ryan Vos brings a solid offensive lineup featuring all-star star catcher Noah Rodriguez (.452 AVG, 5 HR). Storm ace pitcher Jess Sanchez (8 (8-4, 4, 3.98 ERA) is projected to get the start on Sunday. Los Doyers finished the summer season 13-8 after knocking out the Kings in an exciting double header head last weekend. Los Doyers is managed by starting catcher Nick Santoro, and features offensive threat Jordan Wolff (.484 AVG, 21 RBI) and ace closer Marshal Marshall Plouffe (3-1, 0.41 ERA, 3 SV). Pitcher Mike Huerta (7-4, (7 3.82 ERA) is expected to get the start this Sunday for Los Doyers.
