August 1, 2009 Dear Parents, Hope your family is having a great summer! We at Richard Winn are planning for a successful year as the school year approaches fast. The school board has chosen not to increase the fee schedule at this time. The school will review the fee schedule, after school begins, and meet with parents if a moderate rate change is necessary depending upon the number of riders and/or any unexpected expenses. The fee schedule and contract are attached. The payment guidelines are:
1. The payments may be made in full by August 15th for a 4% discount.
2. The payments (if not made in full) will be spread over 10 months
(August-May). If you are under contract and your child becomes licensed to drive, the contract ends if you choose. 3. Payments will be made to Richard Winn by mail or paid in person in the office by the 15th of each month. A late fee of $10 will be added on the 16th of the month. The student may not be allowed to ride if payment is not made by the 25th. Kenny Segars will continue to serve as driver and will meet at the old theatre parking lot at 7:30 A.M. The return trip will end at the same lot at around 3:27 P.M. There are bus rules and also a waiver that should be read and signed. Please call if there are any questions concerning bus participation, stops along the way, etc. Thank you for your continued support of Richard Winn.
