BSSA Executive Board Meeting Minutes Monday, April 1, 2019 Present:

Meeting began at 4:30 PM Treasurer’s Report: Current balances are: $

4,472.40 – M&T Checking Account (total checking)

Sunshine Committee: There were a few this last month – one handled and two that need to be. Mike has the information. Sick Bank: None Grievances: Bill and the other union presidents will be going to Albany in April regarding the health insurance grievance. Complaints/Questions: None Membership Updates: We continue to review our membership rolls to keep most up-to-date information. Old Business: Bill has information/materials for a couple of members who requested he look into additional insurance for purchase information – similar to Aflac. Once we have a chance to review we can distribute/discuss. New Business: None Next Board Meeting – Monday, May 6 @ 430 p.m. – ISC-E
