Query Properties: General A key date, which can be required by timedependent characteristics, attributes, and hierarchies and their nodes for the report display, can be fixed or defined with a variable request at runtime. You can change the sequence of entry variables. In addition to the technical name of the query definition and the InfoProvider that it is based on, this tab page gives information about the owner and the person who last changed the query. Slide 2
Query Properties: Display Display Options: •Adjust Formatting after Refreshing Ensures that the format is automatically adapted to the updated query data when the query is refreshed. •Hide Repeated Key Values Only the first key or description is displayed for each characteristic and any additional identical keys or descriptions are suppressed. •Display Scaling Factors for Key Figures Enables you to include any scaling factors defined in the row or column header (e.g., *100 EUR).
•Display document links Displays document links for InfoProvider data, master data, and metadata. •Display Drag and Relate Links Enables you to execute transactions from an SAP R/3 system or an external system from within the Enterprise Portal. Slide 3

Query Properties: Extended •Documents Displays an existing document or creates or imports a new document (from Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and so on).
•Release OLE DB for OLAP Used to evaluate data from BW using third-party tools. All characteristics and key figures in the query are then transferred since the release of this interface offers a normalized method for accessing BW data using a relevant frontend presentation tool. Slide 6
Query Where-Used List Use the Query WhereUsed List to determine all workbooks which include the query.

Deleting Query Objects Use the Delete button to remove the query definition from Query Designer.
Note
In order to delete a query object, there must be at least one query, structure, restricted key figure, or calculated key figure.
