EXTRACTION: Extraction, in chemistry, method used both commercially and in the laboratory to separate a substance from a mixture or solution. This is usually done by using a solvent in which the substance being extracted is very soluble but the materials from which it is being extracted are not. A series of operations may be needed before the extracted material can be isolated by distillation or evaporation of the solvent.

IRON ORE MAGNET MAGNETIC ROLLERS BELT etc…
Metallurgy inquiry was directed toward : (1) utilization and improvement of metals only The recently commercially available. (2) Improvement of the strength-weight ratio of structural materials. (3) Improvement of factication qualities. (4) Improving corrosion resistance. (5)Improving properties of metals and alloys for elevated-temperature uses.
There are various methods of extracting iron ore. These are…. 1. ROLLER METHOD. 2. MAGNETIC SEPERATION.
1. ROLLER METHOD IN
THIS METHOD ORE IS POWDERED INTO FINE PIECES AND PASSED OVER THE MAGNETIC ROLLERS WHICH ARE CONNECTED WITH THE BELT .IRON IS EXTRACTED OVER ONE SIDE AND ORE IS EXTRACTED ON OTHER SIDE. BY THIS METHOD IRON IS EXTRACTED.
2. MAGNETIC SEPERATION BY
THE USE OF PIECE OF MAGNET THE IRON ORES ARE EXTRACTED.IRON ATTRACTED BY THE MAGNET AND ATTACHED WITH THE MAGNET.

ATTRACTS MATERIALS LIKE IRON. THEY ARE EASILY ATTRACTED BY THE MAGNETS WHICH CONTAINING THE OPPOSITE POLES.
WE ARE THANKFUL TO OUR STUDENT TRAINER WHO HELP US IN COMPLETING THIS PROJECT AND ALSO DE-PROGRAM. THANKS
