BAKSO AYAM Bahan : . 500 gram daging ayam tanpa tulang potong kecil² . 125 gram tepung sagu ( me : tapioka cap pak tani gunung) . . 125 gram es Batu pecahan kecil . 2 butir putih telur . 2 sdt garam . 1 sdt penyedap ayam . . 1 sdm gula . 1 sdt baking powder . . 1 sdt nutrijell plain ( me : agar² plain) . . 1 sdm bawang putih goreng . 2 sdm bawang merah goreng . . Cara buat : 1. Blender semua bahan pakai blender kusus daging, kecuali tepung tapioka/sagu hingga halus dan menyatu, hasilnya menjadi pasta yg lembek dan kenyal. 2. Pindahkan adonan bakso kedalam wadah baskom kemudian Masukkan tepung, aduk rata sebentar saja jangan terlalu lama. 3. Didihkan air, kemudian matikan apinya diamkan ±5 menit, bulatkan seperti biasa bikin bakso pakai tangan dan bantuan sendok lalu masukkan kedalam air panas hingga habis masak hingga mengapung dan matang. 4.
