EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 6

“AN EXECUTIVE ODER REORGANIZING BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG COUNCIL”

WHEREAS, BADAC is created to address the increasing drug related heinous crime in the barangay;

WHEREAS, if this heinous crime incidents will not be prevented, number of drug pusher and users will increase;

NOW THEREFORE, I ROLAND L. ANG, Punog Barangay of Sinaloc, El Salavador, City, Mis. Or. By the power vested in me by law do hereby order:

SECTION I. REORGANIZATION OF ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL. There shall be a organize BADAC in the barangay which shall compose of the following: HON. ROLAND L. ANG Punong Barangay

SECTION II. FUNCTIONS OF BADAC The BADAC shall have the following functions and responsibilities; 1. Plan, strategies, implement and evaluate programs and programs and projects on drug abuse prevention in the baranagay;

2. Coordinate and collaborate with the other institutions and implementing programs/projects on drug abuse at the barangay level; 3. Continuously gather and validate report on drug abuse and its effect on the peace and order situation in the barangay including listing of drug usres and pushers; 4. Submit monthly report to the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council through the DILG City Field Office; 5. Refer users and pushers to the police and other institution for corresponding sanctions, rehabilitions and or counseling; SECTION III. EFFECTIVITY. This order shall take effect immediately. ROLAND L.
