Course structure This training contains seven videos, as well as a final test containing questions that cover all the lessons. The course includes the following topics: 1. Opportunity Assessment: Assessing the process complexity, performing the Automation Quadrant derivation, calculating the potential FTE; 3. The Analysis phase: Conducting Process Deep-Dive assessments, gathering requirements, completing the Process Design Document; 4.
