Booking Engine Configuration: The following is a list of the booking engines that you control.
Please click the shopping cart icon to the right of the screen to access the main configuration page. --------------------------------The configurations below allows you to set things such as mark ups, currencies, and taxes.

Date Format: mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy Supplier Configurations: ID Supplier Enabled Components (Currently, this section does not reflect the enabled consolidators.) -------------------------------------Air: Below is a list of your air booking engines. The shopping cart link to the right of the "Airfare Servers" box is access to your Netfaresonline.com consolidators. Through this link you will be able to add or remove consolidators to your booking engine.

If you are the published fare issuer, we will set up your company with a 4 letter code and display as Published Fare consolidator. In case you want to receive and issue published bookings yourself please contact
[email protected] for set up. If you are not able to or do not want to issue pure published fares we can set up a Netfaresonline.com consolidator as your published fare consolidator. In the page above bottom right corner are the only Netfaresonline.com consolidators that you can choose and display on your booking engine. Please note this list will updated as Netfaresonline.com consolidators are upadated. You need to highlight the consolidator you wish to see fares from and click the link "Enabled Consolidators" . This action will copy consolidator to the top left box named "Enabled Consolidators" . When you have created your list of desired consolidators you can prioritorize them. This action will sort the consolidators that has the same fare according to your ranking. If you do not specify any Fare Priority Rank, we will randomly display the fares from a consolidator in case both (or all) has the same fare.
Searching: * Travel Date Delay - The number of days from today before someone can book a flight, default is 2 days. * Default Length of Stay - The number of days the search form will default between departure and return, default is 7 days. * Allowed Departures - By default you are able to depart from any country. By entering in two letter country codes, separated by commas, you can restrict departures to only the countries specified. * Map Searches to Cities - If you are having problems finding certain cities when searching use this section to configure how your search works. * Airport Search by Dropdown - This option will change the search page to use a dropdown list of airports you define instead of allowing the user to enter the airport. * Airline Restrictions - This allows you to put certain restrictions on the airlines you display. * Airline Dropdown - This is a list of airline codes, separated by commas, that will show up on the search page dropdown. * Results Message - The text entered into this field will be displayed at the top and bottom of your air results listing. Booking: * Hide Extra Requests - This option will hide the extra request fields like Seat Map, Meal Requests, Rewards Number, etc. Set the delivery methods for air bookings in the section below. Use the "Eticket Only" column to select delivery methods that will only display when the flight is e- ticketable. -----------------------------Booking: Booking Email: * Booking Email Addresses - these emails will receive booking & cancellation notifications. Enter as many as you want, one on each line. Example:
[email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] * Do Not Send Client/Agent Booking Email - Checking this will stop the sending of the email that goes to the travel agent / client. * Confirm Lead Pax Email Address - On the booking page require the client to enter the lead pax email address twice to confirm. The text entered below boxes will be used in the following areas: * Email Header - This will be added to the top of the email that is sent out to agents/customers after a booking has been made. * Email Footer - This will be added to the bottom of the email that is sent out to agents/customers after a booking has been made. * Pre Booking Message - This message is displayed on the itinerary summary page. Users will see this message before they complete their booking. * Post Booking Success Message - This message is displayed on the booking summary page after a successful booking has been made. * Post Booking Failure Message - This message is displayed on the booking summary page when an item was not successfully completed. These fields do accept html code. If you are displaying your booking engine in more than 1 language, you have to create these messages for each language. * Offer Own Insurance - This will add two radio boxes that will ask the client whether or not they wish to accept travel insurance. Their answer will be included in the booking email as text to the B2C owner. --------------------------------------------Display Colors: The elements on this page control the colors of the website. If no value is set then default colors will be used. Default colors are the original colors you received the booking engine with. If you click on the colored area to the right of each item you will be able to see preset colors you may choose. Or if you are familiar with html color codes you can directly enter color codes in the boxes provided. * Round Prices Up to Dollar Amount - This will round up the price of a hotel to the next dollar amount. * Allow Bookings with Cancellation Immediate Penalties - This option allows your clients to book hotels that will have immediate cancellation penalties upon booking. By default we only allow hotels to be booked that have an option date of at least one day. * Hide Taxes on Results Page - With this selected taxes will not be included in the price displayed on the results page. The taxes will be added to the cost on the booking page. The page title, logo, and please wait image can be set below. Allowed image extensions for the logo include: gif, jpg, png, and swf. Allowed extensions for the please wait image are gif, jpg, and png. Page Title(s): Page Title: [en] Images: English [en] Site Logo: Logo Width: (optional) Logo Height: (optional) Wait Image: The component navigation links will show up in the booking engine if that component is enabled or if you provide an alternate link. Component Navigation Links: Home URL: Air URL: Activities URL: Cars URL: Cruises URL: Hotels URL: Insurance URL: Packages URL: You can change the way the layout of your engine is displayed by changing the following: * Hide Navigation Tabs - Check marking this field will hide the tabs you see along the top of your booking engine. * Show Only Content Area - Check marking this field this will remove the left sidebar and top bar. All that will be shown is the main content area. Links that are added here will be shown in the left sidebar of your booking engine.

---------------------------------Mark ups and Service Fees: From this page you are allowed to create multiple markups and service fees for different product types. They will be stacked upon each other in the following order: * Level 1: provider (eg webfares) * Level 2: supplier * Level 3: engine owner (current level) If you only own a B2C booking engine with Openfares, no other products, you are level 3. Your mark ups in this configuration tool will be added to the fares. If you are a hotel/air supplier and also own a B2C booking engine with Openfares level 3 and other levels will apply to you. The above mark up example creates the mark up below: Air mark up created with your mark up naming "Markup_Canada_AC" 4% for Air Canada only in country Canada.
Because we have created the "Fare Type as net" the Mark up created as MARK UP. If we chosen "Fare type as published" we would be creating a SERVICE CHARGE. Please note; through out the booking engine "Published" refers to pure published rates in GDS's where IATA agencies are able to issue tickets for. "Per" type Fee: You are able to add a flat rate based fee on top of your service fees and markups above. This can be used to include the booking fees we charge into your prices. For Air you are able to create a dollar amount "Per" type Fee "Per Passenger" or "Per Booking". For Hotel you are able to create a dollar amount "Per" type Fee "Per Night", "Per Passenger" or "Per Booking". Hotel Booking Engine Mark up set up
-----------------------------------------Payment: The payment settings can be configured below as follows: * Display Currency - All prices returned will be converted to this currency and all costs will be presented in this currency. * Payment Types - These are the payment types that will be accepted at time of booking. * Credit Card Types - These are the credit cards that are accepted at time of booking. * Full Payment - We currently only offer full payment. * Payment at Booking - This will require payment at time of booking. * Show Provider Cancellation - This option will toggle whether or not the user will see the cancellation information from the provider. This includes the date of when the first cancellation penalty will apply. * Air Payment Gateway: GDS * Hotel Payment Gateway - The payment gateway which will be used for hotel bookings. * Require CSC - Requires the client enter their credit card security code at time of payment. * Terms & Conditions Links - If this has been set the user will be required to check that they agree before a booking can be made. If you have set up your engine for more than 1 language, you have to create your Terms & Conditions for every language. -------------------------------------------Taxes: This page provides you with a list of your current taxes, as well as the option to create new taxes.
